Staffing Coordinator

With a calm, friendly disposition and a strong mid-West work ethic (go Big Red!), we are thrilled to have Jessica coordinating our ever-growing Sitter and Corporate Backup Care Departments. As our Staffing Coordinator Jessica works directly with families in need of emergency and/or backup childcare assisting them when their regular childcare arrangements fall through and staffing our short-term assignments. She also assists with the management of our  pre-screened, experienced nannies who support them. A mother of two school age children, Jessica understands the importance of high-quality childcare, whether the nanny is in a family’s home a day, a week or a month. Like all of our ABC gals, she comes to our team with years of customer service experience and a background in Education. Her experience, both personal and professional, have made her an ideal selection for this important position.
