Located at: Denver-Metro

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The nanny will be needed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am to 9 pm. Two short days and three longer days are needed ( 1pm to 9), 45 hours a week guaranteed. The longer days will be needed for afterschool sports. The two days can shift depending on the time of year/sports. They will need a nanny willing and able to flex up to 50 hours a week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This family is seeking a multi-year commitment.

Two of the children are in school full time and one of the children will be home part-time. Must have experience work with 3 or more children at once or have grown up with lots of siblings.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Expected nanny responsibilities encompass meal preparation for the children, tidying their belongings, organizing and sanitizing toys, inventorying and managing the children’s clothing, laundry, aiding in packing and unpacking, and orchestrating homework, afterschool and summer activities.

Travel Requirements:

International and domestic travel is required once a quarter.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Longevity with past families (ideally 3-4+ years each)
Experience with 2 or more children
The ideal candidate will engage actively with the children, sharing in arts and crafts, swimming, and other fun activities. They will embody professionalism, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate proactive engagement with homework. This Christian household is dedicated to nurturing and fostering their children in alignment with these cherished family values. Flexibility for occasional weekends is desired. Discretion and commitment as part of the family team are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

$32-$35/hr

Benefits and Perks Offered:

Benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid sick time, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered. Potential for a health insurance stipend and benefits package.

Any Additional Perks:

The family is offering a car for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
