Located at: N. Downing St. & E. 22nd Ave

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This family will guarantee 35 hours/week, with an ideal schedule of Monday: 8 am - 3:30 pm, Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5 pm, Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Thursday: 8 am - 6:30 pm.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year, hoping to keep their nanny through 2026!

Start Date: As soon as possible!

Children's Ages: Care will be for 3 children, 7 month old twins & 4.5 year old son.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in school full time, so primary care will be for twin girls.

About the Pets:

This family has sweet labradoodle - all candidates must be pet friendly.

This family values a nanny who can support them in navigating childhood milestones. They have successfully employed nannies & aupairs in the past, and excited to welcome another one in their home for a few years.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including light meal prep/kid's meals, children’s laundry, general tidying up, and focusing on getting the kids out and about!

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it down the road, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3 years of experience with twins/multiples.
CPR/First Aid Certified
Second language, a plus!
The ideal candidate will be pro-active, positive, and looking to be an integral part of this fun-loving family.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $50,000 - $57,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, unlimited sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job, and 2x/year car detailing.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
