ABC Nanny Events
Since ABC Nannies, Inc. was founded in 1994 we have hosted regular quarterly events for our nannies and their charges. Having been nannies before, we know how important it is for nannies to have a support network of other child care professionals they can lean on and network with.
Over the years we've hosted a variety of events from outings to the Denver Zoo to Chuck E Cheeses to the Children's Museum. Some of our most successful and highly attended events are our Annual Summer Nanny Picnic, our Nanny Holiday Party, and our Nanny Development Conference.
We email invitations to all of the nannies we've placed over the years and others who have expressed interest in being part of our growing nanny network. It’s that time of year again...the ABC Summer Nanny Picnic is just around the corner! The staff of ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc. cordially invites you and your charges to join us for our 14th Annual Summer Nanny Picnic on Wednesday, August 6, 2008! This year’s picnic will be held in Washington Park from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will meet at the picnic tables at the South playground (enter the park at Mississippi and Franklin).
We will be announcing the 2008 ABC Nanny of the Year (applications are can be downloaded at our website under Nanny Network) promptly at 11:00 a.m. We will be recognizing all of the nominees and announcing the 2008 Nanny of the Year!
After the ceremony, we will all have lunch together (please bring your own) and enjoy some cool summer treats provided by ABC! This year’s entertainment is still being decided but plan on something fun! If you and your charges would like to attend the picnic please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than July 31st, 2008 via e-vite or call at 303-321-3866.
In the spirit of sharing and good will, ABC Nannies will again be collecting school supplies for underprivileged school children in the Denver area. Each nanny and their charge should bring an item or two to be donated the day of the picnic. Suggested donation items include notebooks, 1 inch binders, loose leaf paper, construction paper, glue, crayons, markers, pens and pencils. Our nannies were so generous last year and we hope to provide as many, if not more, school supplies to these needy children this year! Feel free to invite your nanny friends—the more the merrier! See you all very soon!

ABC Nanny of the Year will be announced at our annual summer picnic on August 6, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Park, in central Denver. For consideration, all applications must be received no later than July 23, 2008.
