Over the last two decades we’ve been building an extensive database of household employees—nannies, babysitters, housekeepers, household managers, personal assistants and more—which we know, we love, and we are fortunate enough to work with throughout their careers. At ABC Nannies, we understand how important hiring the perfect nanny or household employee is…we really do. Our dedicated staff works closely with our clients to understand their needs, wants and preferences and then moves quickly to present only candidates who are a great match. At ABC Nannies, we will do all of the legwork for you: recruiting, screening, interviewing, checking references, matching and presenting your job to potential candidates. While we may identify over a dozen potential candidates for any given position, we only refer the best. Most of our clients only need to interview two to four candidates before hiring. We make the process quick and easy. The hardest part of the search for our clients is deciding which great person to hire!
